How gifts are received, acknowledged, and used.
How gifts are used
Undesignated gifts are directed where the need is greatest. Designated gifts are applied to the chosen area; if that area is fully funded, we will contact you before redirecting the gift.
Receipts
An emailed receipt is sent for every completed gift. Annual giving summaries are available on request.
Recurring gifts
Monthly gifts may be paused, adjusted, or cancelled at any time by contacting us; changes take effect before the next scheduled charge.
Refunds
Mistaken or duplicate gifts are refunded in full when reported within 30 days.
Tax status
Perfectly Imperfect Events, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions may be tax deductible as allowed by law.
