How information is used
Assistance information is used to evaluate and coordinate support. Donor information is used to process gifts and send receipts. Volunteer information is used for placement and, where required, screening.
Who can see it
Applicant records, donation details, internal notes, and volunteer screening information are restricted to authorized staff accounts. They are never published on this website and are not shared with the public.
Retention and removal
Records are retained only as long as needed for program administration and legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion of your information at any time.
